The Research
A large, randomized control trial in people with diarrhoea-predominant IBS (IBS-D) found that Bio-Kult improved bowel habit, IBS symptoms and quality of life. The dose was 8 billion per day (4 Biokult Everyday capsules or 1 Biokult Boosted capsule).
A randomized, controlled trial showed that Bio-Kult reduced the frequency of headaches, migraine attacks and need for medications in people with chronic migraines. The dose was 4 billion per day (2 Biokult Everyday capsules).
Bio-Kult Everyday was shown to improve mood in a randomized controlled trial in people with low mood. In people with depression, Bio-Kult appeared to improve people’s ability to process emotions compared to those who took a placebo. The dose was 8 billion per day (4 Biokult Everyday capsules or 1 Biokult Boosted capsule).
