Lactobaccilus plantarum, Bifidobacterium animalis sp. lactis, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus casei, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus lactis subsp. lactis, Bifidobacterium longum susp. longum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis, Whole fennel seed extract (700mg), Whole ginger root extract (1000mg), Vitamin B12 1.25ug (50% NRV).

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, rice extract blend.
