One clinical trial of 87 adults found that Aguulp increased levels of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) including butyrate. However, this data has not been published or peer-reviewed.
Aguulp contains ingredients that may be beneficial for gut health, such as L-glutamine, FOS, GOS, and inulin. However, the doses used in clinical trials which show benefit are typically much higher than what is found in Aguulp for gut.
