The Research

Wild Dose has not been studied clinically.

The bacterial strains in this product are not identified therefore we cannot confirm if they are probiotics and whether they are helpful for IBS or bloating when compared to clinical trials.

Lipase, amylase, protease and lactase are digestive enzymes with proven benefits in human clinical trials but without knowing the dose we cannot confirm if the levels in this product are sufficient to have any benefit. Of the other digestive enzymes including cellulase, papain and bromelain, there have been no conclusive evidence of benefits in humans.

Ginger has been shown to help nausea in randomized controlled trials at a dose of around 1500mg per day. Peppermint has been shown to help abdominal pain in randomized controlled trials at a dose of around 1200mg per day. Turmeric has been shown to be anti-inflammatory in randomized controlled trials at a dose of around 150-3000 mg per day. However, without knowing the dose we cannot confirm if the levels in this product are sufficient to have any benefit. Of the other plant extracts, dandelion and burdock have not been shown to have any benefits in human clinical trials.
