Do you struggle with bloating?

Want to beat the bloat?

Bloating is a common tummy trouble that can leave you feeling uncomfortable and even in quite a bit of pain. And when life is busy, it’s not always easy to find foods that help ease the bloat.

We’re looking for people to try a two-week diet & supplements challenge to see if it helps get your bloating under control.

What's the challenge about?

A low FODMAP diet has been shown to help with bloating by reducing the amount of fermentable carbohydrates, or FODMAPs, in your diet. FODMAPs (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols) are found in certain fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, dairy, and processed foods.

When these FODMAPs aren’t properly absorbed in the small intestine, they travel through the gut to our gut bacteria. Bacteria ferment FODMAPs, producing gas and leading to bloating, discomfort, and other digestive issues.

By cutting back on high FODMAP foods, many people experience less bloating and a happier tummy! But a low FODMAP diet can be difficult to follow when you’re on the go. This is where this new low FODMAP meals comes in—making it easier to keep your tummy happy and beat the bloat wherever you are!

Remeber, FODMAPs aren’t the only fix—there are tested supplements and therapies that can help you beat the bloat.

Who can take part?

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are generally healthy but struggle with bloating
  • Live in the UK and based in the Manchester area
