Calcium carbonate is an antacid which has been shown to reduce acidity in the oesophagus and improve symptoms of heartburn.
To our knowledge, marshmallow root and slippery elm have not been independently shown to have any health benefits in human clinical trials.

Bulking agent (Dextrates), Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) root powder (427.6 mg), Calcium carbonate (carrier: Wheat starch), Natural pineapple flavouring, Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) bark powder (186 mg), Binding agent (Acacia gum), D-Biotin (50ug), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Sweetener (Steviol glucosides and Rebaudioside M).
